Vidya Nair

Vidya has nearly two decades of experience in the technology industry, with a strong track record in creating and scaling businesses. As a BE (Electronics) graduate from Mumbai University, she has worked with major software companies in India and internationally, including the National Stock Exchange (NSE). At NSE, Vidya has led efforts in testing automation, regulatory applications, and operations for member-facing applications. Vidya was pivotal in implementing RPA for the regulatory department, earning multiple awards for NSE. She also played a key role in Disaster Recovery implementation and quality process governance. Before her stock exchange experience, Vidya worked with IT giants like Infosys and Wipro, focusing on manual and automated testing.Recently she has led her team in building Anti-Money Laundering and compliance applications for brokers.She holds certifications in ITIL Foundation, NCFM Basics, and PMLA 2.0.

Her diverse background includes roles as a Freelance Business Associate at Biznovators, Senior Manager of Inside Sales at Watchwitz Technologies, and Sr. BD Manager and Market Research Analyst at Capitalmetrics and Risk Solutions. Deepali holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology, an MBA in Marketing, and an MA in English Literature from Amravati University. In 2022, she was one of 120 women selected for Google’s DigiPivot program, focusing on digital marketing and strategic leadership.
